Show: Ratatouille - A TikTok Musical
Student: R. Greenhill

This was a seniors first design course and amid a pandemic no less. With an attempt to stay current and keep students interested in learning on Zoom, I gave them the option of designing Ratatouille - A TikTok Musical. Miss Greenhill had the idea that Remi would be a puppet, just as he puppets Linguini in the story. Other folks are dressed as rats with torn up street clothes, and the basic chef outfit for Colette.

Show: Tell Tale Heart
Student: E. Lonyay

Miss Lonyay again had beautiful work for her research for the lighting design portion of the course with her mood/inspiration morgue for Tell Tale Heart. Using her background in graphic design, she utilized InDesign to create a beautiful 8 page layout of commanding research imagery to describe what lighting she was hoping to achieve.

Show: Eurydice
Student: M. Sabel

M. Sabel is a nursing major who took Design for the stage as her Arts Credit. Throughout the course she learned how much work and how much of an iceberg theatre tends to be. She fell in love with looking at research, finding images that helped her explain her vision.  The two images on the top of this section were the leading segments of her scenic research, and her first time using (and hearing about) Vectorworks to create a set in the last image.s se
